Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases are typically final. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances that warrant a refund. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Refundable Services and Situations 

  • Technical Issues:  If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased service (e.g., advertisement not displaying, landing page not loading), and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund for the affected service will be issued.

  • Accidental Purchase: If a service is purchased by mistake and you notify us within 24 hours of the purchase, we will consider issuing a refund. 

  • Misrepresentation: If a service is misrepresented on our website and does not function as described, we will issue a full refund for that service. 

Non-Refundable Services 

  1. Service Usage:  Refunds will not be granted for services that have already been used or delivered (e.g., advertisements that have been displayed, preferred listings that have been active for a period). 

  1. Performance:  Refunds will not be issued based on the performance of a service (e.g., number of leads generated, website traffic increase). While we provide tools and resources to optimize your listings and campaigns, specific results cannot be guaranteed. 

  1. Cancellation After Activation: Refunds will not be granted for services that are cancelled after activation or once the campaign has commenced. 

Requesting a Refund 

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase at info@buz4u.com. Include your order number, the service for which you are requesting a refund, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your request. 

Decision Timeline 

Your refund request will be reviewed within 15 business days, and you will be notified of our decision via email. 

Payment Processing Fees 

In cases where a refund is granted, any applicable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
